This page supplements our Master Privacy Policy and Terms of Service with United States (CCPA/CPRA + state laws) and Canada (PIPEDA) specific disclosures.

1. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (as amended by CPRA), California residents have the following rights:

Hanlimworld does not sell personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration, and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. The "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link is therefore not applicable; however, you may still request deletion or access at any time.

1.5 California Consumer Rights

Submit requests to privacy@hanlimworld.com. We will verify your identity via the email associated with your account. Responses within 45 days (extendable to 90 days with notice). Authorized agents must provide written permission and identity verification.

2. Other US State Laws

Users in Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), Texas (TDPSA), Oregon (OCPA), Montana (MCDPA), and other states with similar privacy laws are granted substantially equivalent rights (access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out of targeted advertising/profiling). Contact privacy@hanlimworld.com to exercise them.

3. Children's Online Privacy (COPPA, 15 U.S.C. §6501–6506)

The Service is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. Parents/guardians may contact privacy@hanlimworld.com to request deletion.

4. Canada — PIPEDA

For users in Canada, Hanlimworld complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where applicable, Quebec Law 25, Alberta PIPA, and British Columbia PIPA.

4.1 Fair Information Principles

We adhere to the ten PIPEDA principles: Accountability, Identifying Purposes, Consent, Limiting Collection, Limiting Use/Disclosure/Retention, Accuracy, Safeguards, Openness, Individual Access, Challenging Compliance.

4.4 Quebec Law 25

Quebec residents have additional rights including data portability, transparency regarding automated decision-making, and a dedicated Privacy Officer contact. Hanlimworld does not engage in automated decisions that produce legal or similar significant effects; AI scores are advisory only.
